Module overview

This module is designed to enable students to reflect upon their own leadership and management skills, considering opportunities for development. The will be able to appreciate how theories of leadership and management can underpin the process of leading and managing in healthcare organisations.

Module aims

This module will prepare the practitioner to apply effective leadership to innovative service delivery.
