Module overview

This is the final module within the programme that brings together all elements of the role of the Nursing Associate.  The focus will be to consolidate both theory and practice with an opportunity to build on and demonstrate sound leadership and management skills.

Module aims

The aim of this module is to: Enable TNAs to establish their professional identity as a Nursing associate and engage within a multi professional team demonstrating knowledge, clinical and leadership skills aquired throughout the programme
